Return Form

You can return the articles purchased at Argao within 14 days from receiving them.

The 14 days period expires after 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, receive the delivery of the goods. Please explain which articles you want to return and please return the item within 14 days after letting us know. Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly.

The articles need to be undamaged and packed in the original packaging, please send the articles at your own expense to the following address:

Upon receiving the goods, you will receive the refund immediately, in a 14 days period at the latest. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the item. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs. If an item is broken or lost during shipment you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.
